A) The process is simple.  For Calls For Speakers Or For Research, Services, Opportunities, Offers or Trade, write Uriel Corporation by email, through snail mail, or submit a form through our contact page and ask for a Current List Of The Official "Call For Speakers Or For Research" to see what Uriel is Currently seeking in its active profile interest categories, then submit your original finished works or items to Uriel. To enroll and add your Products or Services to be Sold by our online Network of Nationwide Agents and Online Services and benefit by Uriel's Trade Network, enroll your Products and Services for Trade below. Submissions for "Calls for Speakers or For Research" can include electronic files containing items such as: Research Articles, Studies, Theses, Papers, Books, Software Works, Website Projects, Musical Compositions, Sound Recordings, Lyrics, any Educational Works or Tutorials, Presentations, Images, Art Works, Sculptures or Other Art Work, Images Or Documents Describing Originally Made Art Pieces, Designs, Copyrights, Trademarks, Trade Names, Inventions, Business Plans, Proposals, Patents, or other materials you might want sold through Uriel Corporation or through commercial agreements with publishers, our agents, through our attorneys and or our agreements with corporations and industry on an ongoing or on a one-time basis. We may also contact you to participate on specially paid projects and on paid Ad-Hoc advisory council projects as well.  If you wish to submit works or items that are not on our "Call For Speakers or For Research" list or if you would like to submit projects that are not in our active profile interest categories, tell us what you have that we might have an interest in and we will evaluate them.  Our contact page has a link for submitting a form relating to interests and you can submit further attachments through email. Please also understand that Uriel Corporation does not accept any works under a Confidentiality Agreement.  If you are worried about this, it is best to file a copyright, patent, or trademark first, and then submit it to us after your filing is made.  Also, in order for Uriel Corporation to use your works the rights and ownership to your works must be assigned to Uriel Corporation if we have an interest in proceeding. However, at that point prior to assignment, if we or our clients have an interest in your work we will discuss some form of written royalty agreement or other written agreement to compensate you for what might be negotiated.  Further, please understand that no materials sent to Uriel Corporation will be returned.  Please also read our Legal Note & Disclaimer section below. B) If your work is accepted by Uriel Corporation for inclusion in Uriel's Think Tank Database we need to further process your materials. 
If your work addresses Think Tank Operations and Interests, Uriel Corporation will work further with you to attempt to sell, license, or otherwise commercialize your work and profit with you on a best efforts basis.  You will be contacted after furnishing electronic copies of your works and materials to Uriel Corporation to pay a one time fee for every work submitted to cover the administrative, legal, and associated fees connected with the costs to protect your work with copyright, trademark, and or patent protection, and to cover costs for any business plan, presentation, proposal development, and legal expenses (if such should apply) and to sign over rights and ownership of your work to Uriel Corporation through an intellectual property assignment form to transfer all copyright, trade mark, trade name, and patent rights to Uriel Corporation in whole or in part to grant full rights to Uriel Corporation to manage your materials so that Uriel Corporation can work with you to provide a payment schedule for any successful closings or negotiations concluded made giving you compensation or a royalty percentage as may be agreed in writing if there is a mutual interest with any parties. Please note there is no guarantee for any compensation whatsoever, and that all negotiations that Uriel Corporation or its agents, attorneys, consultants, employees, or those involved with Uriel Corporation will work on a best-efforts basis to attempt to create a mutually rewarding endeavor for your project if we decide to proceed with you on a case by case basis. In this way Uriel Corporation can develop royalty agreements or other compensatory arrangements with companies, industry players, agents, recording companies, studios, publishers, contractors, customers, clients, the government, nations, individuals, and other parties as they may develop. The assignment form that will transfer the rights and ownership of your works to Uriel Corporation will be given to you along with a royalty agreement or other type of agreement offering you compensation that we might propose if we, or our clients may have an interest in your work, as such may pertain to the interests of the Think Tank. One-time fees that you will pay us would vary depending on "The Work" involved and its complexity whether your Work or Creation would involve copyright materials, patents, trademarks, trade names, development, expenses, travel, administrative fees, and the like, and would require the payment of a processing fee for management and legal fees in addition to the filing fees associated with securing rights to your work on a case by case basis for each submission made.

c)To become registered and be included to become an author for a "Calls For Speakers Or For Research", and or to register a one-time submission of Copyrighted Materials, Patents, Projects, or to add a Product or Service to Uriel Corporation's Trade Network where you would receive newsletters or emails for ongoing "Calls For Speakers Or For Research", an Enrollment Agreement Form can be accessed and downloaded from our Enrollments Page, please contact Uriel Corporation for any fees and expenses that may be required in the processing of your form that includes fees for a background/credentials check that also includes a fee to process your individual data or your company/organization data to include your credentials, and or to include your product and service details and for developing your opporunity and or agreements and project and adding it to the Trade Network to match you and your interests with our Think Tank and Trade Network interests.

You can Enroll for your category of interest below by downloading the form(s) and or agreement(s) in your enrollment kit, read the instructions, fill out the form(s), email them back to us and finish the registration process. For the Trade Network you can see more details by going online to our Trade Network and pay any appropriate fees related to your registration categories related to the options that you want. Each registration category below has a separate "Enrollment Number" for every Enrollment and submission made which is on the form mentioned above which needs to be submitted upon registration to include your payment when sending in your form to our postal address. Each submission is a separate submission and is handled on a case by case basis and cannot be bundled with another submission. Certain submissions require a background and credit check for each organization/individual making the submission as part of the expense related to this service.

Each submission sent requires a separate enrollment into our database for each submission made, and includes a one-time processing fee for each category per each submission as it registers your work in our database per each submission.  For entry to our Trade Network, once you have submitted your Products and Services into our database they can be searched by you and others online, and our Trade Associates can work with you according to your contract. Please contact a Uriel representative for specific fees and expenses related to your enrollment category.
