Dear Entrepreneur(s):

Are you an entrepreneurial inventive sort, or do you like to engage in creative projects? Perhaps a friend of yours or a business partner you may have has a new product idea. In our efforts to earn your business and to develop and commercialize your project, we will allow you to receive a royalty percentage on one of our projects while we also develop a project for you as a bonus (certain restrictions apply). Or we will develop one of your projects as may be negotiated. You only pay for the cost of developing your project and to sponsor our project (or we will develop a projects of yours as may be negotiated).* To do this, for a limited time, while we still have a substantial list of projects in our inventory, Uriel Corporation, a research and development technology transfer company; designing products for over 24 years, will:

1. Subject to acceptance we will develop one of your projects up to the simulation-prototype stage while we can add additional features that will enhance your product beyond what you bring us. We will employ various techniques and engineering including technical feasibility and simulation-modeling,
2. Engage in presentation development, commercialization, marketing activities, negotiate the project in an effort designed to get your project licensed or commercialize it with industry or partners, and
3. Uriel will assist you with best-efforts development and licensing efforts for you to develop your products and or receive royalties on your project and Uriel will also allow you to share in a percentage of any resulting proceeds of royalties in Uriel projects for a price of only $50K-$5,000,000 in (U.S. Currency), (which would involve projects on a case by case best efforts basis, including patents and simulation[s]-prototype development as negotiated, subject to Sponsored Research Agreements in writing), all subject to a further written agreement (Uriel may develop projects of yours subject to further conditions).**

These current marketing efforts are designed to diversify risk into projects of interest and also to mushroom profits by allowing sponsors to engage in multiple project profit participation scenarios utilizing pooled laboratory resources from (1) project designed to maximize gains. This strategy and technical capability creates win-win situations.

Bring us your best project and you can select from our projects as well, (subject to our approval and availability). All of our projects have been screened as highly unique and revolutionary. All of their feature sets and functionalities are the very best in their respective categories that we have come across in our research as we have developed our portfolio.
