Uriel Corporation is interested in ideas that meet the needs of the international marketplace and is committed to providing the most innovative products designed to address those needs where products have advanced functionalities over the prior art. But before allowing you to submit your idea(s), our attorneys ask that you read and abide by our procedures and our agreement.

In addition to information on this page concerning project submission, please review our data on our: Outside Invention Submission Procedures, page for additional direction on project disclosure and submission procedures to avoid conflicts of interest. Please also read our warning on secure communications and confidential information and security procedures on our: Communications Page. You can also find other email links there.

We do this because we want to protect your interests and ours in the complex legal arena of idea submissions, which involves such matters as patent rights, trade secret ownership, trademark, copyrights, and confidential relationships. We suggest your legal counsel explain these matters to you as well. Therefore, we ask that you read our procedures for receiving and evaluating patented ideas. Prior to allowing you to submit your patented idea, we will ask you to acknowledge and agree to specific terms before we review your submission from you by signing our "Release Form". Download this form, fill it out completely and before you send it in to us call us to get your Submission Tracking Number which is also on the form. After we get it you may then submit your idea to us. Please note that we must receive a signed and a fully completed Release Form with the Submission Tracking Number provided by us on it prior to receiving your idea. Any deviation from these procedures will result in us not reviewing your submission. Please note that in any event Uriel will not return any materials or models sent to it.

This release form explains that we accept ideas only on a non-confidential basis, and that we only evaluate ideas that are protected by a patent or for which a patent application has been filed. We realize that patents are neither inexpensive nor easy to obtain, but experience dictates that your interests and ours are best served when submitted ideas are protected by a patent since everything is defined. Once you accept the terms and have specified the patent information, we evaluate the idea which can take about 3-6 months. When the evaluation is complete, we communicate the result to you.

Sometimes ideas are submitted with no interest in receiving remuneration; the submitter simply wants to share the idea. While we appreciate this gesture, we cannot accept any idea unless it is protected by a patent or patent application. We do not accept suggestions for product names or trademarks or trade names, advertising material, recipes, premiums or contests. Further, we do not accept suggestions for ideas that are subject to protection by Design Patents or Copyrights. We will not continue correspondence with submitters that do not follow procedures.

If you wish to submit information for one or more of Uriel's services or to engage Uriel Corporation for a particular project, please follow the guidelines set forth below and send us the information as outlined, and or give us a call, write, or email us if you have any questions. If you wish to make Uriel privy to a project for consideration or would like to be included in one or more of Uriel's projects please do not send any confidential and or proprietary information. Uriel reviews all non-confidential information it receives to determine whether a project might pose a conflict of interest with its prior commitments. Uriel does not accept unauthorized confidential and or proprietary submissions. Any such submission may negatively affect your interests, and or it may result in the loss of property rights. Uriel receives projects on a non-confidential basis and will only accept proposals after it receives a correctly completed and signed "Release Form". With this in mind, write and or email us to discuss any possible mutual interests with a non-confidential briefing of your project or interests and mail us a signed "Release Form", and we will then notify you that you may send in your proposal related to your release form. We may then begin the process to work out details relating to developing a mutually beneficial contractual agreement and engagement.
