Project Expense Details. Prototype Stage.
THE PROTOTYPE INVESTMENT PROGRAM.*
Uriel is engaged in developing a wide variety of technologies and products. Many times rights to these technologies can be transferred to companies through exclusive royalty and lump sum agreements or in other types of licensing or sale agreements that would otherwise transfer rights to companies. In alternate scenarios, Uriel develops consortiums, spin-off business units, or corporations that it controls in whole or in part for the commercialization of its technologies where investors or angels may participate, or where internal capital may be raised through strategic means to fuel development and product commercialization efforts.
The "Prototype Investment Program" allows technology-savvy investors to get involved in direct investments in Uriel Corporation's high-yield, high royalty-sharing ground-floor joint venture opportunities, where technology development sponsors can work closely with companies or keep close contact with companies, as opposed to blindly investing or trusting companies on the stock market where little or no contact is made. The program allows investments to make a real difference in technology commercialization and product development.
Investments can vary greatly depending on the needs of the venture being contemplated and can run from the funding of intellectual property to the development of business units and subsidiaries and also leading to possible IPOs and other venture outcomes.
Projects developed with investors comprise budgets that will be developed for projects that would be developed under written agreements that are developed with investors.
See the submit funding link for more details on doing business with Uriel Corporation.
Uriel substantially minimizes risk* in developing its projects by co-venturing with third party laboratories, universities, institutions, companies, engineers, scientists, physicists, scientists, inventors, consultants, and teams including its own employees and consultants hired for specific project(s) or business units developed or incorporated for each project venture that are heavily involved in product research and development or that have had a substantial track record in research, product development, prototype development, and or manufacturing.
Project funding in this category vary widely.
The transfer, sale, availability, or license of patent rights or of other proprietary intellectual property rights relating to any venture of Uriel Corporation will be the matter of further written agreements and may or may not be included as part of original negotiated investments or written agreements or transactions.
