Successful candidates will cultivate and maintain relationships, they will engage in document delivery, negotiations, and other operations related to technology transfer with Uriel's clients to develop, license, or otherwise commercialize innovative product(s) and services that have preemptive or intellectual property considerations. Personally owned desktop computer equipment, printers, and fax machines, with a CD-RW Drive and Adaptec Direct CD Software, internet access, phone service, and cell phone connectivity are a plus. Further ownership of a lap top computer and related software, in addition to a home desktop computer, is a further plus for mobile operations. Computer knowledge with a working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Excel, Norton Antivirus, contact management, project management and or other software is required. Keeping software and hardware up-to-date and under maintenance with regular back ups are a must for project collaboration. Candidates will operate as independent agents in their relationship with Uriel and agents will be compensated as will be negotiated for work flows. Those involved in research, engineering, manufacturing, business, operations, management, or other areas will be considered. Consultants must be able to work independently and as part of a team under contract to develop new business, and to manage local, regional, national and international business initiatives related to Uriel's technology transfer operations and further interests. Technology transfer, new product launch, product life cycle management, and project management experience for commercializing projects and developing consortia or joint ventures is preferred. Any experience in providing consulting services or representation for Uriel's areas of involvement will be considered.
