VERIFICATION & CONFIDENTIALITY:Should you wish to verify the legitimacy of talks concerning authority and aspects of a contract with headquarters and that contact has indeed been made with our organization instead of another, check the Associate and Director list above and contact management by email or by phone after taking and providing us the Associate's and or the Director's name and contact information for discussion concerning verification or make arrangements to get written verification. Ask us when you call us if you are on our system by providing your contact data and we will tell you if we have notes on your project for verification purposes and you will see if you made proper contact with the correct party. Tell us what you told them relating to your interests relating to your project. Your talks concerning a project you have been discussing with one of our people should be recorded in our system to prove that you have been talking to one of our people and not to someone outside of our organization. We will compare what was discussed with the notes taken by our associates and directors for security purposes to make sure your project (or the project) is secure with what you tell us in your phone briefing when you call us. You will have to provide data to our people and security codes and pass phrases to your project. Our people will not release confidential project data to preserve project confidentiality as this data will not be made available to certain personnel and such data will be kept separate in a secure environment subject to you keeping data confidential as well. Confidential data shall be forwarded to Uriel Corporation via regular postal mail and not through email delivery. Further, Associates and Directors will only offer products and services that are made available through the Uriel Corporation Think Tank web site including Uriel Corporation subsidiary and affiliate sites as may be offered, amended and or approved by management.

Companies, groups, associations, or individuals stating that they are part of Uriel corporation making false representations when they are truly not part of the Uriel Corporation parent company or when they are not part of our subsidiaries or affiliates, or when such parties are not working under contract, as independent contractors, as consultants, or when they are not working through employment arrangements for said parent company, subsidiaries, or affiliates or when such individuals are not our Associates or Directors or employees may be commiting fraud and may be engaging in felonious acts.

Such parties are to be promptly reported to authorities and to us and shall be subject to fines, to civil and or criminal prosecution and or to imprisonment to the full extent of the law.
